The Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce Good Morning Breakfast featured the surprise announcement of the 2019 Educator of the Year and the Small Business of the Year. They were Gavilan College President Dr. Kathleen Rose and this newspaper, Morgan Hill Life.

Kenneth Tak with Home Instead and Cecelia Ponzini with the Edward Boss Prado Foundation spoke about their holiday fundraising events. Home Instead has a program to buy gifts for local seniors. Check out their Christmas trees at local Starbuck’s coffee shops. Ponzini is collecting toys for local children in need. You can drop them off at 35 Peebles Ave. These toys will stay in South County.

Finally, chamber staff and ambassadors posed for a photo after breakfast with new members (photo above).
