Morgan Hill’s St. Catherine Parish will hold a “Ghana Gala” welcoming African friends 5 p.m. Saturday June 11 at St. Catherine Church.
“We welcome back Fr. Paul Mensah to the St. Catherine community,” said Maryann Kantmann. “The Awaso Academy fund-raising dinner is an evening of good food, dance and sharing with our Ghanaen friends to raise money that supports this life-changing project. Education is the tool we can use to reduce ignorance and hunger in our world, enabling these children to be a positive influence on their country and the greater world community, fostering peace.”
