Toni’s Kitchen and Baba Joon’s Chocolate Chewies, both of which recently opened a new 3,600-square-foot wholesale kitchen and bakery in a shared facility on Joleen Way. The ribbon cutting was held Oct. 16. Ali Akbar Agah founded Baba Joon’s in 2006. He makes the Chocolate Chewie: a gluten-free, dairy-free, preservative-free cookie loaded with flavor.  Toni Julian, a 1977 Live Oak High School alumni, is a local health advocate and author of “Bite Me! Change Your Life One Bite at a Time –an Inspirational Journey of Reinvention to a Sustainable, Healthy Lifestyle.” Julian is also a fitness expert, nutrition coach and creator of Toni’s OatMEAL, a high-protein meal designed to keep people full and fueled for hours.
