The El Toro Youth Center, on the verge of closing last year before raising about $100,000 to keep the doors open, is in negotiations to partner with the Boys and Girls Club of Silicon Valley.
The El Toro Youth Center provides tutorial service for homework, computer literacy programs, arts and crafts, sports and other recreational opportunities. The BGCSV plans to expand on those services, using its core program areas: education and career development, character and leadership development, health and life skills, and sports, fitness and recreation.
