On March 8, 2019, Morgan Hill Police received information regarding a subject that was possibly in possession of illegal weapons and impersonating a law enforcement officer. During the investigation, Officers determined the subject was staying in Morgan Hill on Fountain Oaks Dr. and on March 12 attempted to make contact with him. The subject was not home at the time and the residence was secured until a search warrant was obtained by a judge. During the search of the residence, the subject arrived and was safely taken into custody by police. An undisclosed number of weapons and accessories were taken as evidence. 34-year-old Daniel Jacob Korsunsky was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on multiple felony weapons violations and one count of impersonating a law enforcement officer.
