By staff report

Morgan Hill city staff  were informed Friday, Sept. 18, that developer Trammell Crow will withdraw its application for the Morgan Hill Technology Center project.

Trammell Crow has received significant feedback from the community regarding the proposed project and will evaluate the feasibility of proceeding with a smaller-scale project that would meet the needs of the city and the community.

At this time there is no further information regarding a potential new proposal or timing.

Trammell Crow continues to own the 61-acre property on the east side of the freeway at Cochrane Road.

The city is committed to informing the community about any information that we may receive in the future regarding Trammel Crow’s intention for the property.
