Various members of the community and the Morgan Hill Downtown Association joined city staff and members of the Morgan Hill City Council to celebrate the demolition of the old South Valley Bikes building on the corner of Monterey Road and West Second Street. City of Morgan Hill Building Manager Ken DeLuna talked about the history of the old building based on a sign that was found during the demolition of the building. And site owner Dan McCranie, owner of Ladera Grill, talked about the future of downtown Morgan Hill and how it is becoming a popular place for people in Silicon Valley cities in the northern part of the county to come and enjoy a dinner.
