Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce ambassadors, board members, staff and local residents joined San Martin Cafe owners Mario Torres and his wife, Guillermina Torres, for a special ribbon cutting and lunch May 15.
The restaurant has a full menu prepared by chef Eliazar Torres. They serve authentic family homemade dishes for breakfast and lunch with a Mexican flair.
Their specialties include Chile Verde, Steak Picado, Steak Ranchero, Huevos Rancheros, Huevos Mexicanos and the San Martin Special of ground beef, spinach, mushrooms, onions, three scrambled eggs and melted cheese.
The restaurant is open from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. every day except Tuesdays and is located at 13475 Monterey Road, in San Martin.
