My name is Bryan Sutherland and I am running for Morgan Hill City Council District 2 to help put the voice of residents and local businesses first. I have 22 years’ experience as a public servant, and am currently CEO of a successful small business.
My heart for Morgan Hill starts with ensuring public safety and rebuilding community trust. I’d like to increase public safety staffing and ensure properly trained personnel for the well-being of Morgan Hill residents. It should be a priority to create new, well-paying jobs that support the economic health of our community. I would like to increase focus on tourism in order to continue making our downtown a vibrant centerpiece to our community. I support local control of growth, and will push back on state mandated growth, while protecting open space and agricultural resources.
