Focusing on fresh and healthy burgers specially made to customer requests, MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes recently opened up at 255 Vineyard Town Center (the shopping center where Nob Hill Foods is based). Owners and Morgan Hill residents Terry and Brit Ratto were joined by members of the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce for the ribbon cutting on July 14. With a “fast-casual” concept that is gaining rave reviews from its customers, MOOYAH is an international franchise that first opened in Plano, Texas in 2007. It has nearly 60 recents around the United States as well as a restaurant franchise in Dubai. The Rattos are planning to open two more MOOYAH Burgers restaurants in Santa Clara County. Morgan Hill Life wishes them the best of luck in building their business.
