Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce staff and ambassadors joined StonePark Capital investors Andrew Firestone and Jess Parker and the staff of the La Quinta Inn & Suites for a ribbon cutting at the new business’s grand opening Sept. 29. Located on Condit Road between the Ford Store of Morgan Hill and the Holiday Inn Express, the 104-room, four-story hotel was built by StonePark Capital, a business based in Santa Barbara that focuses on not just developing hotel properties but serving as hoteliers who provide a quality experience for guests. The Morgan Hill La Quinta was designed to fit into the South Valley’s unique environment, Firestone said. The hotel adheres to La Quinta’s “Del Sol” concept, which features a sleeker design for travelers and streamlined efficiencies.
