Line Dancing

Parkinson’s Support Group

Lions Club Morgan Hill
• The Lions Club meets at 7 p.m. at Denny’s, 875 Cochrane Road in Morgan Hill. The group focuses on programs and services for the blind and visually impaired, and many other local programs. Details: (408) 723-1018.

Bingo

Kiwanis Club

Wind Symphony Meets

Flower Lovers Meet
• The Flower Lovers meet from 12:15 to 2 p.m. at the Community Cultural Center, 17000 Monterey Road. Bring a pumpkin and succulents to create a centerpiece for your Thanksgiving table. Glue guns and glue will be provided. Use the 5th Street entrance to the parking lot.

Learn About Scouts

Tour Morgan Hill Museum
• The Morgan Hill Museum and Hiram Morgan Hill House are open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with docents giving tours. Learn about the city’s history and see some new additions to the museum. The Villa Mira Monte grounds are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, where visitors can enjoy the Centennial History Trail and the rose garden at leisure.

Morning Bike Ride
• Weekly co-ed, no-drop ride averaging 25 miles. Meet at Bike Therapy, 17540 Depot St. at 7:30 a.m. in Morgan Hill. Road bike and drop handlebars required.

Second Saturday

Downtown Walking Tours
• Enjoy a free historic tour of downtown hosted by the Morgan Hill Historical Society from 10 a.m. to noon. Meet at the Morgan Hill Parking Garage (3rd Street off Monterey Road). No reservations required. Learn more: www.morganhillhistoricalsociety.org.

Daughters of the Amer. Revolution
• Members from Hollister, Gilroy, San Juan Bautista and Morgan Hill meet at 10 a.m. (through May). The DAR is a nonprofit, nonpolitical women’s volunteer service organization dedicated to promoting historic preservation, education and patriotism. Christmas in November
• Christmas in November sponsored by Zuzu’s Petals takes place from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., at Mama Mia’s Restaurant, 275 E. Dunne Ave. The 16th annual event will include a silent auction, appetizers, and a no-host bar. There is no fee, but a donation of an unwrapped gift for a child between the ages of 6 months to 13 years of age is requested. Adults only. The mission of Zuzu’s Petals is to help less privileged but well deserving children and their families during the holidays and throughout the year.
