Amare Real Estate, started by Victoria Attanasio in 2019, prides itself on providing outstanding customer service.

On the corner of Fourth Street and Monterey Road in Morgan Hill sits a square brick building housing a real estate company with a unique take on customer service. Amare Real Estate Services is the brainchild of Victoria Attanasio, a woman with years of experience in the hospitality industry and real estate.
When Victoria and her husband moved to Morgan Hill in 2001, she was working in the technology event industry, which was rapidly shrinking.
In 2002, she took the opportunity to move into the real estate industry, learning the ropes from local real estate brokers such as Carlos Vargas, and John Agresta. While she moved offices to learn more about various aspects of the industry, Victoria continued to keep strong relationships with her former brokers.
Attanasio contributed to the offices she worked at by training teammates, sharing her extensive knowledge of marketing and business acumen. While at Coldwell Banker she held the title of assistant manager. Many times in her 20-year real estate career she stepped into the training role due to her personal goals.
“Developing people has always been a passion.” Victoria said.
In May of 2019, Victoria opened Amare Real Estate Services.
“I wanted to focus on unadulterated services for my clients and agents. We focus on ways to ‘wow’ our clients, and I’ve put systems in place to track that. We are a resource to clients in the escrow and beyond.”
Amare is not a corporate environment. When clients come into the office, they enter a room set up as a family room/dining room.
Part of their welcome experience is a questionnaire detailing their family members (including their pets) and each of their needs. The goal is to ensure the team has a full understanding of their clients’ requirements prior to showing them properties.
Victoria’s team of Realtors continues to grow. It now includes her husband as well as five other agents.
“Our team works based on relationships, we don’t do blind mailings or cold calling . . . my only rule is: will my clients like me in five years?” she said.
This is her serving principle and owning her own office has given her the ability to do that.
