On March 29, 2019 at approximately 0600 hours, Morgan Hill Police responded to 1041 Cochrane Road #100 (Starbucks) on a report of an attempted robbery. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the witness and determined an attempted armed robbery had occurred. 

During the investigation, officers learned a female suspect entered the drive-through and placed an order. The suspect then drove forward to the pickup window and demanded the cashier give her money. The female suspect removed a black semi-automatic handgun from her waist area and pointed it at the victim. The victim was able to quickly step back away from the window to safety. The suspect then drove off in a silver or gold colored Honda SUV with unknown license plates.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic female adult, medium build, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, and a red baseball cap. Suspect was described as having a double piercing above her left eye and a mole or tattoo under her right eye.
